High School Play Day at the Winston-Salem Open

Thursday, August 21, 2025 I Noon-1:30pm I Wake Forest Indoor Tennis Center
This event is open to all high school tennis players of all abilities and skill levels. Coaches will facilitate a variety of games, drills, and activities for the participants in a low pressure, fun oriented environment.

Players will be grouped together loosely based on their skill level and will rotate through a variety of different stations for drills and games. Players are encouraged to wear their school gear or colors!

Each participant will receive 1 ticket to the August 21st day session of the Winston-Salem Open and 1 meal voucher to be redeemed at concession stand. Limited tickets are available for team coaches and bus drivers upon request. Please contact robert@nctennis.com for more info regarding tickets.

I hereby expressly acknowledge that, by allowing registrant as a participant in the High School Play Day on Thursday, August 21st, 2025, USTA North Carolina, Winston-Salem Open and the host facility and their agents, employees, officers, directors and other representatives are not assuming any responsibility of any kind. In consideration of the acceptance of registrant’s participation in the Event, I do hereby on behalf of myself and my heirs and legal representatives release and forever discharge the USTA North Carolina, Winston-Salem Open, the host facility and their agents, employees, officers, directors and other representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims or damages, losses or injuries arising out of or relating to registrant’s participation in the Event. All such claims, whether known or unknown, are hereby waived and released and I covenant not to sue thereon.

I further give consent to USTA North Carolina and Winston-Salem Open for the use of any image and/or likeness in any photograph taken during or in connection with the Event, for promotion, commercial or any other purpose.
