Please submit information about your event after it is complete. Provide as much detail as you like and please include a photo from your event. This post-event information can be delivered to Morgan Brannon at morgan@nctennis.com shortly after the date of your event. The information and photos you provide may be used on nctennis.com.

USTA North Carolina will provide prizes for one event per organization in the calendar year. A maximum of 50 prizes will be provided for the event. Additional requests will be handled on an individual basis.
